Well, I saw a similar montage of photos at the last CM Crop I went to that had been done by a professional photographer so I decided to try it myself. My digital camara is a good one so Evan and I had a lot of fun playing around this evening….however, I had to size and crop all pictures by hand with the most basic of photo editors. Thankfully it was able to at least make them black and white. 
The results? You decide!

I have told you about the GIMP, right? For a free program, it’s pretty powerful. It’s what I use for all my photo editing and graphic art. Beware, though, it’s a bit buggy…SAVE AFTER EVERY STEP! It tends to crash and losing an hour’s worth of work is not fun. Anyway, if you’re looking for a better way to manipulate photos without having to pay a lot (or any) money, I can really recommend it.

I can easily email you the photos….uncropped and in color (I saved them seperately) so you can manipulate and play away! Just be sure to share any final editions for our viewing delight. I will also include some of the others I didn’t put in mine so you will have OPTIONS…*laughing*

Hey, you should see what APRIL can do with photos! *laughing* She is much better at the computer manipulation and enhancement type stuff than I am. I’m going to email her a wide variety, not just the nine I included, so she can try out many different options. Then we will ALL get to enjoy another montage of cute Evan photos. I realized after I was showing Sidney when he got home late last night than I didn’t put any real SMILEY pictures in the montage I created…I think I just enjoy giggling at the pouty faces too much. *laughing*

Prediction: she’ll look just like her mommy, but have her daddy’s eyes. Skin will be slightly darker than Angela’s, but still pretty fair.
